miriam: I´m christian, I was born again in July 1970, when I was really young and my heart felt so empty, trying to understand why such sufferings are around us and nobody seems to care, why the poor still poor and the rich growing richer without caring for their poor. After receving Jesus in my hearth, the first thing I´d noticed was that Jesus loves us all and I (OR WE) should love and show God´s love to my neighbour. I´ve heard we should not show what our left hand does to our right hand, and that´s is true but at the same time, reading the Bible I could see that the church at the begining was much more profitable, with less than today, when we see so many people showing themselves as christians but without fruits. Their thoughts are just for themselves. If they prosper, they think they are special but I think to myself, is that the truth? What the Gospel says about following Jesus and doing His will is much more than to go in a place called church. I do believe in the Bible as it is, not what the leadership says today. It seems to me that the leaders today have similarities with the leadership in Jesus time.
